Matthew De Fede is an excellent real estate broker. He sold my parents home for above list and made the experience stress free. Very personable and technically superior, I would recommend my family and friends work with Matthew whenever possible.

I found the communication to be quite lacking. No reminder was sent for the appointment, which is unusual, as every other agent I've worked with in the past would follow up with reminders either the night before or the day of the appointment. This is good practice and goes a long way in providing excellent service for the seller. The appointment was made on Tuesday for Saturday, and it’s disappointing that no reminder was sent. Additionally, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with the agent, When I asked to reschedule, the agent refused, which I found to be unprofessional and rude. This experience has been frustrating and far below the standard I expected

Matt and his team provided expert guidance when preparing the home for sale. We achieved our goals and closed within 60 days of listing after attracting several offers. He was a true partner throughout the journey.

My family and I have used their services not once but twice to find us a home. 1st one 8 1/2 years ago and recently as of last week. I highly recommend this husband and wife team!! I've been friends with Matthew for years before home searching. But that is not the reason for special attention given. Matthew and his wife Billie gives the same attention straight across the board even if your not friends. They will treat clients like family. They full heartedly give it their all to find the homes that suit not just the needs of their clients. Once we decided, we were going to put our house on the market, we called Matt to meet with him. He went over how he handles marketing homes and was very knowledgeable about today’s market. We decided to sign with Matt that same week. He immediately set up a photographer had beautiful pictures posted. He did two back to back open houses and we had multiple offers after the second weekend. Matt was there for us to answer any questions and help us with whatever we needed. We would highly recommend using Matt to anyone looking to sell your home.

He is the worst seller realtor. He didn't do anything for me. He didn't review the offer at all. I had to change my attorney from his recommended attorney. My new attorney did everything. I don't recommend him as a seller realtor at all.

Great to work with. I did nothing and he did all the work. Multiple open houses, major advertising through social media and print which is very costly, as well as presenting the media portion in a favorable light. Never pushed us to take a low ball offer even thought our property was a challenging sale. We hung in as a team and got the highest price possible. My Aunt who owns the house was dealt with respect and care as she was leaving the only house she’d ever lived in.
